I still had a question for the developer:
for example, I have 200 coins on my wallet, the purse is unlocked for POS-staking, and the coins have disappeared (but we know that they are on my balance sheet), is there any point in continuing to keep an open purse for POS-staking? Is it possible to get a reward if the wallet shows a balance of 0. Thank you!

The wallet needs to be restarted to get rewards so restart it as often as you can if an incorrect balance to support the Masternodes.

I somehow saw that you answered to someone and wrote that the remuneration from the workshop will increase 10 times. Did you mean that the course will grow or will there be some changes in the charging algorithm? Just now I'm thinking about investing my money in buying the masterware of your coin. But a little embarrassing low ROI. Do not misunderstand, I reason as an investor.

Thank you very much. You respond very promptly! This means a lot when there is a contact between users and developers!
And tell a little about the history of the project: which coin served as the basis for code development? Or are you doing everything from scratch? Or is it fork of some other coin? Thank you!

Forked BTC and some from PIVX and DASH and some other work done by KORE.
Click on the "about KORE" tab in the wallet to learn more.
KORE will be flexible by modifying and use whatever Pos and PoW for
fair, secure and eco-friendly while we work on our own versions of PoS and PoW to meet these requirements.
Best is to read the entire OP page here:

Good afternoon!
At once I will tell that coins as disappeared and disappear from a purse, but the DEV was right, it is enough to overload a purse and they on a place. Therefore, I think that this is a small misunderstanding, which developers will fix in the very near future!
At once I will say that the more I learn about the project, the more I like it (despite the small problems that are at this stage).
I have a couple of questions for developers and users: if I sell other coins, I can buy a masternode. I have a question, how stable is the masternode work now? There are also missing coins or not? And how much approximately it turns out to receive profits in coins from the maintenance of a masternode? How much is an average a day or a month? Tell me who owns the masternode.
Thank you!

Yes, once you get over the fact the disappearing coins is fixed just by restarting your wallet once or twice it is not so bad.
Masternodes returns can be evaluated by using this site:
https://masternodes.online/currencies/KORE/
They ramp up in a rotational like basis so the first week or two
will be lower rewards and the site is fairly accurate in the returns.

Just a reminder, I do most support through discord, I will do *some* assistance with masternode issues, wallet issues and updates BUT I will not do any windows masternode support.

This is a mandatory update.

                               1-11-2018 - v0.12.4.0

NOTE: The wallet still has the disappearing coins and reindexing
issues experienced by many PoSv3 coins at this current time.
For those not familiar with this issue just restart your wallet a few times
and the GUI will display the proper amount of coins in your wallet.
The KORE wallet update to version 0.12.4.0 includes:
Partial memory leak fixes, other mods and fixes.
Rather than remove the Bittrex trading window the wallet has been updated with
a check box toggle to "Enable Trading," found at the bottom of the page.
The wallet opens with the trading window disabled. Click to enable it.
Once finished with trades it is recommended to disable it.
The box to unlock for staking only is auto checked.
The staking icon remains on for a longer period of time when coins are sent out to stake.
Various links and spelling corrections.
Commented out a buggy non functioning wallet repair option.
Updated nodes list.
Added zapwallettxes to the kore.conf file.
Windows 32bit version.
Updated curl and dependency lists.
Increased outbound connections.
Increased the stake split threshold.
Lowered difficulty.
Updated ssl.
Various other bug fixes.

* IMPORTANT:
Delete your kore.conf file before loading or compiling your wallets
BUT: Save all your masternode setup data!
Here is a Masternode upgrade guide:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.28364423
Thanks to Matrix!

                    WALLETS:

LINUX version above is completed and functional.

Windows 32bit:
Will be released could be in a week
Mac OS:
Our Mac guy is away for a month
but soon as he gets back we will get the Mac wallet out.
We were holding off till the wallet was 100%
but under the circumstances, it will now be done.

Cheers!

Took a little longer than expected, for that I apologize, I wanted to make this as simple as physically possible and while thinking about it I realized i was thinking about it all wrong. Here is the updated masternode update walkthrough.

Please make sure you have up-to-date dependencies.

Code:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y libdb4.8-dev libdb4.8++-dev

sudo apt-get install build-essential libtool autotools-dev automake pkg-config libssl-dev libevent-dev bsdmainutils libboost-all-dev libdb4.8-dev libdb4.8++-dev libminiupnpc-dev libzmq3-dev libqrencode-dev libsqlite3-dev libasound2-dev uuid-dev libuuid1 liblog4cplus-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev libspeex-dev libspeexdsp-dev libqt5gui5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler libqt5webkit5-dev libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libavutil-dev libsdl2-dev libgsm1-dev libopencore-amrnb-dev libopencore-amrwb-dev libswscale-dev libsdl1.2-dev libopus-dev libavdevice-dev libsndio-dev libjack-dev

Masternode owners,

To begin please shut down kored
Code:
killall kored

Open your configuration file:
Code:
nano ~/.kore/kore.conf

and remove all the nodes, replacing them with these;

Code:
addnode=73zwmk4bpsig4pme.onion
addnode=4aynkbwmoje6p27p.onion
addnode=hxgchjn2dom3teev.onion
addnode=hzvrfa5xa2qulysi.onion
addnode=hggmh3vhkjebz4j5.onion
addnode=hvjjqjjajii2ycix.onion
addnode=gameldrtkm4u4ds2.onion
addnode=k75pshpf226ra65s.onion
addnode=zdwnbnrwty33uuev.onion
addnode=l4meqo3zi74h7edw.onion
addnode=k6a5ebhrkfxbwqvl.onion
addnode=bqr7zsfgpztd4m4q.onion
addnode=hvjjqjjajii2ycix.onion
addnode=bqr7zsfgpztd4m4q.onion
addnode=hzvrfa5xa2qulysi.onion

Now save your changes

Code:
CTRL+O
hit enter
and exit Nano
Code:
CTRL+X
hit enter

Now delete your old KORE files
Code:
rm -rf ~/kore

Now clone the latest kore git

Code:
git clone https://github.com/Kore-Core/kore.git

now compile KORE
Code:
cd kore && ./autogen.sh && ./configure && sudo make install

now you should be able to start kore masternode back up, while keeping your old onion address.
Code:
kored -reindex

Website will be updated soon.

Please keep in mind KORE is the only coin that actually offers any community support and allows for ease of access to information and scripts to make your masternode experience as simple as possible, sometimes to do this requires a bit more thought and work and thus sometimes takes a bit longer than expected.

I will be able to run the node in the future if I buy 500 coins, but will I work only closer to spring?
What do you have in mind? Buy 500 coins and run the masternode at least today!

I can not run the master node. I can only buy 500 coins, and the launch of the node could be done in 2-3 months?  Sorry for my English.

Governments are confused how to handle crypto.  I don't think it can be stopped at this point.

it is true. we saw similar situations last year, but people who remained firm had good rewards. Thank you for your opinion
