I guess, we can agree that it wouldn't have done any damage to anyone
to get at least a short update from Kraken Support about what's going on.

Seems to be a DDOS or something similar. Site is online every now and then for a short while and then goes offline again. I managed to log in just yet, but as I started browsing to other pages, it went offline again.

It took 4 working days for a held deposit issue to be resolved for me, and that was with also asking Dargo on here to look at the support ticket. You should probably mention your support ticket number here.

(The held deposit was my fault; I made transfers two days in a row for the same GBP amount and did not seriously believe that my bank would use the same exchange rate for both days, resulting in the exact same EUR amount being transferred in and being treated by Kraken as possible duplicate. Lesson learned, but I was surprised it took 4 days, especially since support after 1 day agreed to release it "as soon as possible".)
