My deposit is on hold since 5 days, the support said i forgot the text „kraken.com“ in the bank transfer but i proved it with a screenshot. So i got answered that its okay now and they are going to release the deposit now, but its still on hold! Now im not getting any answers from anyone on kraken. This is just not how you should threat your customers!
Im just loosing money this way and im not the obly one with this problem.
I just want answers now, i dont think releasing my money is taking so much time! Such a bad service.

my problem is 6080€ Deposit on hold (29.11.17), I send two tickets to Kraken suport, no answer!
When the next day's everybody from suport see this, please help and look ticket number 949356 and 941481 all other way I have done!
Then I escalated the Tickets, nothing is happen! Bitcoin fall to 7500€, and i can do nothing, fucking situation!
It's not my first day or buisness with Kryptomoney, I have Tier3 verifikation and make many other deals on this Side before this happen.
But when I see these problems with Kraken on this board I hadn't done it, but to late! I know it is weekend but 30.11.17 and 01.12.17 isn't weekend and they do nothing.
Excuse my english, I come from germany and learn a little bit scool english before 40 years.
I can't be happy, panik sell is not my thing I send the money to buy and not to look out of the window when everybody makes money but me!
In a other post somebody write he supposed "Kraken work with your funding" with a little bit fantasy I can believe it. All times when you must do something it gives problems Error520 and other things, that's the opposite of professional !
I mean it's a strange Game.
Money (Deposit ) on hold in this situation that smells you (Kraken com) such a intrinsically beneficial.

and Thanks to Crypto Teng I think I understand! I will be fair, its a hot buisness, what I read in all Forum boards is, on other exchanges other problems with the same result. The Customer is not in the best position in this buisness.
My intention for this post is that people who makes first steps, understand what can happen, and the day will be comming.
And I hope public creates pressure to act!
News: 03.12.17 23:30 German time two mails come from Kraken Suport with: sorry... long time... now we do something.

I am trying to withdraw my bitcoins from kraken. It said I have to confirm the withdraw address in an e-mail, which I never received. I tried it several times and now it says "Service is currently disabled. Please try again later". Besides that, the site is constantly crashing and not reachable. After I received my bitcoins, I will never use this exchange again.
€: I received the e-mail now and I could withdraw my bitcoins. Regardless I will avoid this exchange now. You can't have such an instable service when there is so much money involved.

kraken website gives cloud error every second time.
