Hi all,

I have requested for USD withdrawal via bank transfer last Friday. The status is currently "Pending" and I have yet to receive e-mail to confirm the bank details. I have submitted a support ticket. What should I do next?

my problem is 6080€ Deposit on hold (29.11.17), i send two tickets to Kraken suport, no answer!
When the next day's everybody from suport see this, please help and look ticket number 949356 and 941481 all other way i have done!
Then I escalated the Tickets, nothing is happen! Bitcoin fall to 7500€, and i can do nothing, fucking situation!
It's not my first day or buisness with Kryptomoney, i have Tier3 verifikation and make many other deals on this Side before this happen.
But when i see these problems with Kraken on this board i hadn't done it, but to late! I know it is weekend but 30.11.17 and 01.12.17 isn't weekend and they do nothing.

Excuse my english, i come from germany and learn a little bit scool english before 40 years.

I can't be happy, panik sell is not my thing i send the money to buy and not to look out of the window when everybody makes money but me!
In a other post somebody write "Kraken work with your funding" i can believe it. All times when you must do something it gives problems Error520 and other things, that's the opposite of professional !
I mean they play with us.
Money (Deposit ) on hold in this situation that smells you (Kraken com) such a intrinsically beneficial.

sorry to hear about your problems with Kraken. Possibly you refer to us (using "us" as statements and opinions of this account represent the opinion of people working in our trading room) when you refer to "Kraken working with user funds". We cannot be sure that this is the case. However, seeing the large amount of cases of people not being able to access their new deposits while the price is on the rise it raises the strong suspicion that Kraken is actually doing it, because they are the ones potentially being able to profit from such situations.

Without wanting to insert endless numbers of quotes, we would like to draw your attention to previous posts in this thread and state that none of our requests we have submitted via the website tool have been solved in an acceptable manner so far, if they have been answered at all. We can only repeat it again and again in hope to prevent damages to (new) Kraken users. Do not start trading on this platform and if you already do, please leave while you can, Kraken in its current state is one big, massive SCAM

Yesterday locked myself accidently out, clicking wrong link in adress verification mail. Made a ticket, got response after about 5 hours that it had been sent to account specialist. Now, 16 hours later still no change. Have raised the escalation ticket. I know security in this processes is very important but how difficult can it be to unlock someone if all details have been given... also a bit afraid if i read all the waiting times about this subject.

Has been solved this morning on a sunday! 2 days of waiting, cant complain.

Hi all
My deposit is on hold since 5 days, the support said i forgot the text „kraken.com“ in the bank transfer but i proved it with a screenshot. So i got answered that its okay now and they are going to release the deposit now, but its still on hold! Now im not getting any answers from anyone on kraken. This is just not how you should threat your customers!
Im just loosing money this way and im not the obly one with this problem.
I just want answers now, i dont think releasing my money is taking so much time! Such a bad service.

So you should be happy, you would panic-sell it for 7500 and now it is 9342 EUR...

About Kraken, maybe i am just lucky, and i hope my luck will continue, i had no problems with withdrawals so far. Has one bigger pending SEPA, but it is weekend, so nothing to hope until monday or even later...

I only hate their overall lag and trading system... I believe most people just use it to cash out.

and Thanks to Crypto Teng I think I understand! I will be fair, its a hot buisness, what I read in all Forum boards is, on other exchanges other problems with the same result. The Customer is not in the best position in this buisness.
My intention for this post is that people who makes first steps, understand what can happen, and the day will be comming.
And I hope public creates pressure to act!

News: 03.12.17 23:30 German time two mails come from Kraken Suport with: sorry... long time... now we do something.
I let myself be surprised and I will keep updating!
News: 04.12.17  My Deposit is success ! Kraken com have solved my Problem! Im very facilitating and hope other people can say the same in near future!

No new message from kraken, [email protected] not responding, ticket #949679 (for legal and complaint[make few time ago because ticket #853206 don't move at all]) have no answer, ticket #853206 have no answer since the 27/11 :

We have no problem returning the fiat to the sending bank account. We had to first verify your identity before allowing access back into the account.

So I tried to request the two-factor bypass , after that I received the email but for some reason I could see the code/password. So I tried a few times more to log in then I got disabled

Again people need to go via public channels to get service. And their call is only then answered by Kraken in order to maintain the false promise of an active service. How about treating the requests which were submitted via your website. We still have a few open requests which were opened 5 months ago. No answer, or solutuion to them so far... Great service. Freaking hilarious

And no Mr/Mrs/Miss Kraken-Septimus, we wont submit request via links in this forum. Provide the service of answering and solving problems also to people who don't use 3rd party public channels to submit their requests. Or is the website tool just a tool to fool your users?

Again, stay away from Kraken. It is (at least in its current state) a fraud and a big massive SCAM.

I've had good experience apart from the platform being slow with errors. Deposits and withdraws fine though.  Im not concerned about anything with manipulation that doesn't directly affect me. The fiat world is a big manipulated scam.

I will agree with you both for deposits-withdrawls and for the slowest platform that i have ever trade. Probably in my whole trade experience.
As far as i am aware it's supposedly to become a major update fixing these problems. Do you as Kraken have a date about this?

Kraken is nothing more than an illegal company, without any financial license and it's a wash trading of Tether.

They have fake volumes, shit willy bots  just like Bitfinex.

No, they surely dont have the obligation to respond on a forum outside the company. But they sure have the obligation to respond and solve problems  as soon as possible when reported via their website. This surely has not been the case for months.

As said, we are still waiting for either a reply to some requests (written in a much friendlier way than we started to write here) and/or that the problems are being solved and adequate refunds given. So far it was no more than just one big lie of an apology and false promises things will change soon. The service is the service of a SCAM trying to keep the SCAM running for as long as possible.

To anyone else, should you have problems, please react to the links ad contacts provided by iCoinWatch. Kraken is not able to change things by themselves. Maybe a push from outside helps.

If you have been effected by Krakens shady business practices, please use the following links below. If you feel like others have been wronged by Kraken you should file a complaint as well. I reccomend you filing one complaint a day against Kraken with all 4 agencies.
