Write them to email, you've already been given it. I had a delay with the withdrawal, I was helped for a couple of hours

They check it more often and your problem will be resolved very quickly

No, it does. There's a term "due diligence", but what you've did is not even a lack of it. It's utter irresponsibility for your purchases.
