That's all good. But banks need all those docs for a reason. They need to return their money.
I suppose there can be another way to ensure the repayment. If so, those documents aren't needed as much.

Transparency and trust don't necessarily guarantee profits.

there are still people who make ico project that carries the concept of lending, whereas coin with the concept of lending is now rarely demand because prone scam
