You got to make sure there won't be any fraud. People need loans for everyone, but safety first.

lending coins have no future now imo after bitconnect crashed.. many lending projects died after that so i dont think any one would want to put his fait let alone money in lending coins after that incident this get rich quick scheme just doesnt seem to work on top of that ive never been a big fan of stellar the guy behind it has a shady image related to mt.gox ripple etc

there are still people who make ico project that carries the concept of lending, whereas coin with the concept of lending is now rarely demand because prone scam
That is why a serious project is needed which gets it right. That will reinforce trust in this business model and add an important part to the crypto ecosystem.

That's all good. But banks need all those docs for a reason. They need to return their money.
