Complete scam. At the very least, dishonest scummy people. Always wary of eastern european projects.
especially russian projects )Although majority of the ICOs from Russian people are scam but it doesn't mean all people who belong to that country doing scam. There are some nice project who will perform better in future. Unfortunately this is disappointed what happened in that project.

If true that is pure form of scam to not refund anyone in case of failure. That doesn't make any sense to say they spent all money. I have seen two types of outcomes one they don't say anything and run with funds or they return money. This kind of information is what I am watching for the first time. It will be amazing to see they spend people's money already.
It's unfortunate to realize this, but there is no information, the telegrams of the channels are unavailable on Twitter last record on June 27. Most likely, all investments are lost.Sad to tell but these scammers most probably spent all the money on travels and coke, now closing the project after realizing they finished all investors' money on that... I think investors can sue them for fraud if they don't come up with a soluton.

They didn't succeed to raise the targeted money they were expecting to collect. They will refund the investors while people those participated in campaign will not get anything. In highly bearish market this risk of failure in funds collection should be considered. They closed the project that's all. No project pays from pocket and they will not pay as well.

If I remember correctly, LevelNet has a prototype of their product but investors are not on their side and due to lack of funding this project was closed. I'm still hoping that someone will continue the mission of this project because it could eliminate viruses online and strengthen the security of any anti-virus.
