agreed.. I think this weekend is the calm before the upwards storm.. those dreaming of getting cheaper LTC are a week late. I actually think its cheap now.. its worth mid 600s already and people are waking up to that. especially in America.
Litecoin is preparing for massive run up and will be running hard again very soon. I think LTC 500 is very possible soon.
True indeed, LTC has been underrated for far too long. As it is known by the general public, it has the potential to hit 2k by the end of 2018.

The guys were what date about the launch on CBOE and CME? there were news, but exact dates were not called. Or it is worth waiting on December 18.

It was only going one direction with a 15k buy wall stopping it.
The order book was really thin on the sell side other than the 4k stopping the momentum up.

The BTC network is decreasing in speed every day. LTC offers a faster network and the coin is added to coinbase which got the most new users too. When these new users see BTC for what it is they will surely switch to BTC 2.0 = LTC.

I love the nexus project. It brings true decentralization to the blockchain by using space. The link with VECTOR through his father make this coin one of the few coins that has a physical impact aswell. Because of this it is far easier for new entries to grasp what they are trying to achieve. I think mass adoption will come soon. Especially when quantum computers are to be released, the quantum resistant ledger of NXS is what we need.

Agreed. I don't think Litecoin will overtake Bitcoins price anytime soon but it doesn't have to. Being cheaper is just another advantage. cheaper, 4 x faster, higher tech means it's more functional and you can see why its being used to get value out of exchanges quicker.
For that alone coupled with the solid inflow of investment into crypto generally as more people start to realise its the biggest sector of massive growth I could see this coin going to the $900-1500 range over 2018.

LTC price went up so much this year, hard to believe that. Always good to see, if real crypto Projects are doing very well. Good job Dev team.
LTC is not even close to the price it really deserves, this "pump" is largely due to BTC price increase, it doesnt reveal the real potential of Litecoin! I believe soon enough we will see LTC shining the way it should a lomg time ago, and I quess this will happen once Lightning Network is launched!
Litecoin was first coin I ever mined! 1,9 LTC and I traded those to BTC which I then later traded for LTC. That was all on BTC-e which is now Wex.
But all in all those 1,9LTC I mined back then worth around $4 a pop is now around 7LTC once Wez redeem their tokens!

Litecoin went back on track to its rising trail today with prices breaking above $300 once again. LTC/USD markets are now rocking a price increase greater than 10% following a day where LTC experienced losses that caused a breach of the newly reached levels. If the newly found support was to continue, LTC could potentially keep on rising to new all time highs.

I'm thinking Bitcoin has hit a price ceiling of sorts.. and the market seems to feel the same way considering the number of switches.
Why is that? Has our share in market cap increased aside from the switches from Bitcoin to Litecoin?

I agree about how fast crypto-currencies are exploding; With net neutrality gone in the "Land of the Free", we not only have to use crypto technology to replace money and banks, but also to crowdsource information so we can circumvent censorship
you can love litecoin, but like almost every fanboy of their own preferred currency, remain realistic and stick to the facts. Love is good, ignorance is a killer..
Though I am no fanboy, just an ignorant noob. I have a lot invested in crypto mining, exchanges, and trading bots (looking for the right ones, mostly). Anywho, I have lost more crypto because of "loving" the coins for sure. Ignorance of some coins (blindly trusting signals) has made me a lot of money. lol
