No it is not dying. It is much better than Dogecoin and if you see Dogecoin alive why do you see Litecoin is dying. I believe you're right. Litecoin is currently 60% below its ATH value. However, as long as Bitcoin maintains its position or continues to rise, Litcoin might get close to its ATH again. However, it doesn't seem like it will get there anytime soon.
