Today I noticed that I miss my helmet, amulet, flag, sword and shield, which my hero weared.
I never pulled it out.
Can I lose it in a pvp-fight?
At the same time many bugs and freezes appeared in the game.
Sometimes the crossed swords freeze over an opponent and don't disappear, even if the opponent is destroyed.
After this you cant attack this opponent. Closing and opening the game didnt change anything.
Further I can't open my storage, there is only the possibility to buy new storage.
I will upload a screenshot, when I will be home in the evening.

Hey! Yes, you could lose equipped items in PvP.
About the bugs - there have been some problems on the game server last two days. The developers are working on them.

The symbol "1" in the circle is missing, only the "+" is there, as you can see in the picture.
@dev, is there a chance to fix this? I cant access my storage.

I don't want to spam this thread with my screenshot, but you didn't answer till now.
Where can I get help, if I stuck with my profile?
I tried my character on 3 different devices, always the same error, so I think it has something to do with my profile.
Is there another person, which I can contact, because with this error I can't play useful?
because you have to go in the castle where you made your storage for first time
buy storage is for have other storage in different castles
