It will not work like regular PoW mining. System will issue currency to those, who provided Nodes with computational power for content analysis.

No, such data as mp3, mp4, etc. and all indexes and meta data from content analysis is stored in the distributed file system(not we are are working with IPFS). We have only hashed links to such files in the blockchain, also we will have some helper data structures such as merkle trees with sumhashes of file parts to navigate and search faster.
