TOR and EM are coming. Had an issue with digital ocean not accepting tor connections through their VPS.

Not really anywhere to go but up at this point.
That's true. People aren't selling into these lower levels so I'd dare say we've found a bottom.
Just need a couple solid dev news to get up there again
