All right, BTC/MRC is now up on Poloniex!

https://poloniex.com/market?currencyPair=BTC_MRC
Your market seem fast and pro.
SSL, deposit works automatically...
Seems good place to trade MicroCoins.  Grin

Please don't tell me there are exchanges without SSL...
Yes, it's bad.
But your market seems working smoothly.
I will try with BTC too tomorrow. Great to get MRC on market.
Don't sell your coins too low Grin

Why is the minimal coin age, to make PoS block, is set to 1 YEAR?
Thats insane. The normal value is 1 week, to be functional.

PoS is just to be safe from 51% attacks

How is it safe, when its not working?
I remember before dev say about this POS, it may update if needed.
Anyway, this will not stake focused coin, but agree, it will keep coin network alive and make more safe endeed.

Are you sure you have new wallet?
1. Delete all from your roaming/microcoin/ folder (exept wallet.dat if you have coins)
2. Download wallet (see link on first page)

It's the latest version.

If someone wants to send me a small amount of MRC (a single coin will suffice) for testing deposits and withdrawals, I will work on getting this up on Poloniex. Address: 12NSPAJtTGud148eJqotQ2WdxiCPZSrmVb
Just sent 1000MRC.

I would have mined this coin if setting up Scrypt-Jane GPU miner didn't give me a migraine

Have you used this? I can't get it to work with any accepted shares all go as rejected or hardware errors. This is on a few pc's with different cpus.

I dont use CPU mining but as I know there is in source code set startime and min max nfactor settings.
So, you may need to change that first and compile miner again.

Is there any way to pool CPU mine? I cannot get the GPU miner to work for more than a minute or two on any of the pools. Runs but no text shows up in the cmd after it shows ybcminer 3.3.1 (if i remember correctly) just goes black but workers show some action in pool then drops off to 0 after a minute or two Huh

If the idea of scrypt-jane is to bring CPU & GPU mining performance closer together. Solo mining this on a normal CPU, through the client, is never going to work against GPUs in pools Huh

You need miner with stratum. You can use applecoin_cpuminer.

It doesn't work Sad

Try minerd_sse3.exe

For avx you need cpu & operating system http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Vector_Extensions.  Maybe you just need sp1 for win7 to work with avx?

Crycurex.
I sold 10 MRC and I have 3.3E-7 bitcoins on my balance.
Looks there is some problem maybe with small amouns.
I dont want to test larger one  Shocked

I've had that happen with small amounts on other exchanges as well the balance shows normally once you have a bit more.
I see. I make 500MRC trade.
BTC balance is now 2.033E-5
How much I need to sell so I will see correct BTC balance?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_notation#E_notation

It just means you shift the decimal point 5 places to the left, i.e 0.00002033
Thanks
