They've already responded.
I know, and they said they were looking into it/working on it. My point to everybody is, lets be patient and wait for the next update.
They said they would look into if it becomes an issue, actually
All I know is that the time for all this talk is over. they say they can kill the coin. I'll believe it when I see it. until then, well, talk is cheap.
Believe me, if they could kill MINT they would have. They can't do it so they are left with trolling.
There is probably validity to your statement Mg.
Soepkip and others post on this thread and say they are trying to help. However if one looks at the posts outside of this thread, you will see them openly mocking Mint.
Still, I think we should just ignore them while our dev takes a look and makes a statement. Having Paspi look into it is a big plus too as he has already fixed a minor bug for our community.
Very good points. They would have killed the coin already because obviously that was their intent with the attack after all. Blackcoin developers and community are upset that Mintcoin POS 20% per annum is a much better system than blackcoin 1% POS. The only thing going for blackcoin is the multipool. Blackcoin will succeed because it's unique and so will Mintcoin, which is what the Blackcoin community is realizing. Put it this way, hackers will not put an attack on a coin which is a failure. Hackers attack a coin because they are testing it and plan to invest in it. Now that Mintcoin has passed the "hacker" test, we are going to see a massive buy order once all of the panic sellers get out of the way. Panic sellers please keep selling so that I can stock up before price explodes The same approach can be used to explain the hack on Bitcoin's transaction malleability issue...the hackers are making sure that the lake is frozen before they walk across it. Clearly Bitcoin's lake is frozen and look at the endless stream of investments into Bitcoin! MINTCOIN = ANTI-FRAGILE
