Hello everyone,

I've been away from mintcoin for a lot of time and sorry to tell you it will continue - time constraints and more.

I own mintcoin-central.com and won't renew it - it will expire soon. So I will hand it for free to anyone interested in it, as well as the whole content. I'd prefer people to be recognized by the community.

Contact me here or by MP.

Good to see the price going up, anyone got any idea why?

If you pay close attention to historical charts, you can see and possibly remember, MINT when up 10x around this time last year. So maybe it is an annual cycle sort of thing. Looks like it is on a longer-term growth trajectory overall. Also keep in mind the minting reduction that is probably going to have an effect on price as people can't get new coins as easily as before. And there the minting rate is halving again at the end of the year. This quite possibly could be the end of cheap mints.

There is only so much MINT in existence and you can't just print it out of this air like fiat money, so it is bound to rise with time. Time is definitely on MINT's side. MINT is almost 2 years old, and pretty established so why not. It's obviously here to stay, and IMO think it is a possible contender to rise in market cap higher than DOGE or even LTC someday.

Just keep minting and watch the value of your mintings grow! It is sort of like growing a tree farm, it takes time for the tree to grow, but eventually you have a forest full of valuable wood. keeping minting is like consistently watering your trees. Stay fresh!

And the interest of "MINTcoin" more than most of the bank!!!   ...   Wink

I am getting desperate for new wallet Grin , devs please give us something. Please people support devs with 10% of your minted coins every minting cycle & we will not have a funding problem.

sambiohazard, Devs are working hard on merging 2 years worth of commits to improve the wallet greatly, additionally we are working on a way to avoid single point of failure of the donation wallets. Merging 2 years worth of commits takes A LOT of time to weed out the bugs in the commits so that they compile and index correctly.

I will give you this fun fact, that we have a few surprises coming up soon as well.

Looking forward to all those awesome surprises! Also i would suggest multisig to avoid single point of failure but i guess devs already know that. People really need to put in some donations & they don't need to be big but regular. FFS this is a charity coin.

I'm looking forward, too!!!   ...   Grin

Thank you guys so much!!!   ...   Smiley

Also, I would suggest MINTcoin should be a little reward to nodes(24H On-Line), else the number of nodes(24H On-Line) is "too little"!!!

E.g: 5% Annual Percentage Rate   +   "< or = 3% Annual Percentage Rate"
( BUT, "< or = 3% Annual Percentage Rate" must be On-Line over 24H to the settlement once!!! )

Welcome everyone together to talk, I sincerely hope that we can make MINTcoin to more beautiful!!!   ...   Smiley

( This message is "Google translation   +   my little modifications", I'm so sorry!!! ... Cry )

Hello.
What happened with mintcoinofficial.com?

I got this message:

This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information.

We had thought cryptomommy resolved this issue.  However, you can always visit mintymintcoin.com for up to date info.  Based on her own words, she expects to be back sometime in February and hopefully we can resolve some of these lingering problems then.

1. Good job getting listed on Cryptopia! Shout out THANK YOU for donating!

Only donations came from the mint dev team. We had something posted on twitter and posted here about donating, but nothing got contributed.

4. Does anyone know if MINT is open for withdrawal at Cryptsy yet?

They still have it listed under maintenance mode so not yet.
Once they remove the maintenance logo from it , it should be available for withdrawals.

Mint Team might want to contact CoinMarketcap so any volume on Cryptopia is also included in your stats.

Like magic...

Mintcoin has been added to exchange and marketplace Cryptopia.co.nz

So, I will just say this... I've been asking people not to use Dots for voting, because the MintCoin team has funded the 500k dots to get listed from the previous list on cryptsy.

I don't get it? what do you mean it has been added. Looks to me like MINT needs to be the top voted for the next 3 weeks still before it is added. Keep voting!

you are unaware... So cryptopia had a special, for any coin that wanted to get added and was listed on cryptsy, they just had to pay 500k dots.

I can provide you the bootstrap to get it synced quicker, or you can go to http://www.mintcoinofficial.com/ and under download wallet, there's a bootstrap
