Escrow Procedure and Payment Instruction

After IPO will be closed, Mjollnircoin will be distributed to the IPO buyers by me.

Mjollnircoin is a HVC clone with a few subtile differences; A part from the parametric coin differences, it has no block reward voting and it has support for coin control
We think that HVC is the better alternative to the (countless) Scrypt clone-coins - The block chain is more secure and mining is much more energy efficient.
HVC simply deserves more siblings.

Also, MNR is already up and running in TestNet since the 6th of April and we have binaries for every major platform - We are confident that the launch will be successfull (everything has been tested and is known to work) This is definitly not an IPO where there is no coin at the end.
