If you gonna use etherdelta, its gonna be hard for you. And you will need eth gas to move coins. Better buy it at newly added coinexchange markets. Send your btc there and buy neogold

It's in their whitepaper.

At the moment this is still just another ERC20 token that has yet to do anything. They've got a cool whitepaper and a listing on coinexchange but their team holds what - 4 000 000 tokens? That's quite a lot. When I see the mobile wallet I'll be a little more convinced that this is an actual project with active development.
