This is an online virtual reality ecosystem that works on blockchain. And the fact that each user is provided with the tools of the creation of new content, the exchange of goods and services with each other is appealing. The peculiarity of this technology is that it takes a lot of money to build smth good and interesting. I assume this is why those guys going for IEO. Simply with more funding, they can do more, as described in the white paper.
