You can withdraw to PoSWallet and it will stake there.
It looks like you don't have the most up-to-date wallet. The new wallet is v1.2 and available here: http://www.neucoin.org/en/
Once you have the updated version, then add the nodes to it and it should work, it did for me!
I agree that you should withdraw your balance to PoSWallet: https://poswallet.com/sign-up.php?referral=JohnnyArmani They will stake your NeuCoin as well as stake any other POS coins you may have. Looks like they've added an exchange part to the site as well, so you can also trade NeuCoin again.

That is not possible. The whole design, the especially the monster-inflation plus the huge premine, is a safe way to devaluate it. If there would be a smaller unit than 1 sat it already would be below 1 sat.
Maybe cryptopia will list this on the LTC market. 100,000 lit per NEU. Was this a meta-coin or does it run it's own network and blockchain?

5. Totally centralized distribution
6. In general: Nothing what could be called positive
There will also be no overtake from a skilled Dev-team and even if: Nobody could do much for this... because of the points above.
