the unproven claims of innovation, the lack of transparency, the centralized distribution and control, the hyperinflation, the fake promises, the shady offshores, the spyware past, the censorship, and the list goes on and on

If someone was smart enough to realize that nokoin is clearly going to be a major fail and keeps his 12 BTC, his BTCs would be now worth over $3720.

But if someone decided to ignore all the above warning signs and purchased nokoins out of blind faith, his nokoins are now worth less than $1800.

That's a difference of at least $1920

Think how much stuff someone could have bought with $1920???

Maybe someone is getting compensated by spyware-pig to keep speaking on behalf of the team despite the losses and lies??

Since the regime holds *all* the coins and is the *only* buyer - they determine the price now and in the foreseeable future.
I've been asking them to disclose the target price months ago, but they of course didn't answer.
Centrally planned economies are unpredictable from the outside.

If there was a free market, the price would be zero by now. The team could decide to give up or go back to field one an try to do it right.

Or maybe they had enough of the intense Fud they received on this thread from a group who took exception to a few people behind Neucoin.
From page one Fud started and some of those are still fudding. Usually fudders get bored and move on yet some of the very early fudders on this thread are still at it so clearly they have an agenda if their still here.

Fudd has only one purpose - to put potential investor off.

Bitcointalk forumites don't suddenly become wise and benevolent creatures that will do no wrong when they reach Senior and Hero status....

I have zero of these coins - check my past posts Ive been away for months and only came back a week ago so I have no horse in this race. Currently, as far as I can see -  the team have done what they said they would and the coin is trading and it hasn't completely collapsed.

Whether its something worth getting involved in, I don't know but its certainly not the scam its been made out to be by many on this thread and I'm just going to keep an eye on it.

My prediction is it will stay at these prices couple more weeks then starts a steady downhill.

5 weeks after the postponed launch and heading towards the end of the second year of development the achievements are near zero:
- Peercoin was cloned and botched up - economically and most likely code-wise
- A laggy blockexplorer and a basic web wallet were created
- After 5 weeks the regime has staked around 200 million coins (which equals twice the amount allegedly sold to the ICO victims)
- Some survey coins have been sent out. To be able to receive them the regime needs your cell-phone number, your facebook account, your personal data, maybe some forum PMs and additionally you need a spoonful of luck, because the process is as buggy as everything else.
- Their forum community is close to non-existant, consisting of mainly very debatable characters (e.g. torrgeak, darteous, superman) and team members
- Price tanked, although the regime had to accumulate the majority of coins sold on the exchanges
- Distribution a total disaster
- Bitcoin funds melting, Seychelles and Isle of Man are expensive
- Big ad campaign luckily doesn't work, new victims are hard to find
- Sandrine has gone silent, not even copy-pasting rubbish and posting "yadda-yadda we are so busy and happy"-crap
- Users are being cheated, investors fooled, questioners left in the dark, lies spread
- Centralization, corruption and censorship rule

To be clear, I responded directly to the inquiries from @arcanis with direct contradictions between PeerCoin' trust system (which contrary to @arcanis are nowhere near the same as NeuCoin has blatantly violated that model by design).

By the time a BIP-Style proposal is implemented and (if ever) actually implemented as a NeuCoin source code the damage will already be irreversibl.

It will not solve the underlying issues that NeuCoins launch has created with a model that "by-design" makes a matter of fact the same flaws PeerCoin was attempting to remediate with bitcoin.

For example, NeuCoin can't claim it is using a PoS/PoW model address security issues in bitcoin's block chain technology by assuring the same level of security without the energy expense expenditure while at the same time releasing an implementation that violates the core tenants of PeerCoin and it's underlying BitCoin technology.

And... you don't have to philosophically agree with anything I I just wrote. There is a serious, serious, serous, issue when on wallet goes offline and comes back online 4 hours later and rewrites the entire block chain and everything that has occurred during that period. On a micro level, that continues to happen... not on a four hour level but on a 4 second to 4 minute level.. with the block chain being "reorganized" based on the vote of wallets which essentially are a single organization.

Basically, the small guys are being "screwed". Peer coin whitepaper clearly outlines how there release was going to prevent this from happening. This coin has instead violated those principles by design. And in this case, I am not even a small guy, apparently in the top 100 rich list.

Yet I continue to be concerned but what is clearly an implementation flaw which continues to cause nearly 15% of PoW block to be orphaned for nothing more than the same security flaws that PeerCoin attempted to prevent by introducing PoS (while at the same time reducing the energy load that PoW requires).
