Anyone have any ideas why NTRN has gained a lot of volume (http://imgur.com/a/DUc3h) in the last month? It seems there haven't really been many new developments. Not that I'm complaining Tongue

Neutron is gaining volume and interest because it does exactly what it is suppose to do. No gimmicks, unnecessary features and definitely no pump and dump scam. Although we are a small team and may not have updates as fast as other coins we are working hard to bring you a solid staking
coin. With a minimum of 7% staking return annually with little effort. There will be a wallet update very soon which we will announce when we get a definite release date as well as a roadmap for those who were asking for one. Please follow us on twitter @Neutron_Crypto and like us on facebook
@NeutronStake for updates.

Thanks for the update. For now a slack channel would be nice, I mean it doesnt take a lot of time to create one Wink

Also Id like to know, if its a solid staking coin why is the amount dropping day by day (7,99 NTRN 7,98 NTRN 7,97 NTRN etc..). There is many staking coins out there that has a fixed staking amount. If you want do create a solid standing digital bank why this dropping?
"With a minimum of 7% staking return annually with little effort" if we move forward like this it wont be 7% annually for ever, I've started staking at 8,41 NTRN per stake now I get 7,87 NTRN and its just some months of staking, what will happen in 1-2 years? Is there a minimum of this dropping? Or will we end up at 0.01 NTRN per stake one day? Just wondering whats the point of this dropping.

Cheers!

I created a slack Channel Yesterday, I will add the info shortly.

The reward Halving is dynamic, by the halving it will have halved. I will look into getting you a better description, and make the necessary changes to reflect this. New NTRN Coins will be very scarce, and it is getting more so every day. This is also why NTRN is undervalued.

I do believe the 7% annual was from the original version pre masternodes,, I will straighten this out.

Thanks.

Thats great thanks Smiley

We dont do bad anyway, I bought at average 190sat now we are at 300-500sat. Those who bought cheaper are even luckier. Smiley
But yes NTRN is still undervalued in my opinion.

I think you saw what I wrote above. Am I and the others correct that its currently not possible to use the masternode.conf to setup masternodes thru?
If so do you plan to change it? That would be great and definitely rise the price at least 10x.
Or did you maybe change the name of the masternode.conf to something else so that the QT doesnt recognize it? I can do whatever I want but I cant setup multiple MNs thru the masternode.conf it is not read/recognized by the wallet.

Please clarify this, thanks. Smiley

You are correct, the console has to be used to configure your masternodes, I will add this to the list of things to change/fix.

Its a slow process, but as Ive said before, I am here to stay, and so is NTRN,,

I believe NTRNs true value should be closer to 5k sat, which is still not much, I believe that is reasonable.

With time, work, and support we will get there.

There are some things in the works, I am currently working on getting some help with marketing and such, social media, and so on,

I will add the slack channel info later this evening, and I will add the app to my personal phone so everyone can chat with me whenever.

The more NTRNs value and volume increase, the more I can put into hiring folks to build it up, with Development expenses being the top priority.

Keep your suggestions coming guys, I am listening, it is my goal to make NTRN a very solid coin that is functional and simple, as well as GREEN.

I do have a wallet update in the works as we speak, Its a simple update, but there will be more to come in the future.

Depyister has agreed to join the team, he will be focusing on social media and marketing, and generally helping me out on all things.

You may direct helpful tips, or any marketing suggestions to him personally.

Thanks guys, I appreciate you all, even when your busting my balls : )

Are you sure? So its only possible to run multiple MNs if you have multiple wallets on your computer? It makes no sense when you already run 30 QTs on 30 VPS why should you run them once again local? Lol If its really like this then the dev should add a possibility to operate all MNs from one wallet.

~350 MB per QT its 10.5 GB of RAM that you need to operate Cheesy

For those who is ok with that its fine but should be a VPS only possibility too imho.

what a strange idea, no i meant i couldn't operate them from one local wallet at all,
for some reason they kept disconnected, so i said - fuck it,
and used custom rpc and scripting.
then i realized ntrn masternodes are complete bullshit,
and switched to simple staking, it was always more profitable

I just downloaded the wallet and noticed that there are 0 connections to the Neutron network.  How do I connect the windows wallet so that it can sync?

Create a .conf file in your Neutron folder that is located in %appdata% use the addnodes list that is found in the OP,

To create a .conf just open notepad, cut and paste the addnodes list into your notepad, then save as all file types, make sure you check the little box,,

name it neutron.conf,, drop your newly created .conf file in the neutron folder located in %appdata%,, once you've done that restart your wallet and give it a few minutes to connect and start to sync up.

I am still getting the same problem.  I did exactly as you said.  Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue?  Thanks.

Create a neutron.conf with any editor, make sure its a .conf not a .conf.txt, save as "all files" not as ".txt" to avoid this.
Then copy/paste this staff into your created neutron.conf

Start your wallet and you are good.

Cheers!

Its possible to operate ALL MNs from one single wallet you just need to setup the QT on different IPs/VPS and point your wallet to them.

with dash probably yes, with ntrn - nope

Thanks.

Could you add multisend to the next wallet update? That would be fantastic!

then why do you ask me about private key of an address ?
it's completely different matter from masternode private key,
which is MASTERNODE private key, as name says, not an address
for neutron: 1 qt wallet = 1 masternode = many mn keys (use any of them in your conf)

I see, i thought its the same private key as the address key

Thanks for the clarifications, appreciate!

Gotta learn more before confusing myself into the next level Grin

Lets say i have 5 address in my receive wallet

I wanted to generate private key of each 5 of the address

What can i do?

they are already generated for the whole keypool,
if you want export them - dumpwallet command, or dumpprivkey one by one

Does it means all 5 address share 1 same private key?
Thanks

why do you ask ? (crypto wouldn't exist if that were true lol)

Due to the masternode issue, i have created almost 5 nuclues node and got 5 collateral address and each time it has a different private key

So i am wondering does 1 Masternode private key = 1 nuclues node = 1 collateral address

Or

It works this ways as 1 Masternode Private key = 1 Wallet QT
