You would need to sell your Newb for Nxt, then the Nxt would be counted in the Ardor snapshot.

I know this coin will be good for long term but still in low volume right now. how about create a 1 btc daily volume without pumping the coin just to have the attention of investor to trade with this coin

There is better volume on Bittrex and even the best of coins sometimes struggle on c-cex.Poloniex would be a good option to look at later due to all the btc jumping in and out of random altcoins lately.
