Running an exchange may require a money changer's license.
Selling Bitcoin or crypto currencies is perfectly legal in the U.S.A.

I am hoping that you will return all the money you have received and wont just publish nxt code and take off with the money. Which one Nxter talked to you about fair distribution? It's intresting point of view. In my estimation whole "fair" concept is lack of context. Wealth never was divided proportionally between DIFFERENT people during any appreciable amount of time and will never be especially in decentralized system. Someone create content/service/product, someone consume it. Someone more creative, someone less. Someone sharing his wealth with others, someone hoarding. And so on.

I guess my question is whose fingers types the words of your posts?
If you still claim you are two different people then please prove this. I have a method that will prove once and for all whether you are indeed two different people or the same one
The method is for you and carlos to monitor two different threads. At a sybchronized time two different questions will be asked in each of the forums. These will be very easy questions, but you wont be able to prepare answers ahead of time. All you have to do is answer the question in two different threads at the same time, within 3 seconds of the question. Then after responding in the other threads post the answer in this thead too
I guess you stil might be able to setup two computers and type in the answers to botha and post at the same time but i imagine the other intested parties can suggest improvements
