Keccak (sgminer), Daggerhashimoto (sgminer) and decred (sgminer) won´t get benchmarked even if I do a "precise" benchmark. Using 1 amd radeon 570 8gb nitro+. I am testing the rig before connecting all cards.

How to benchmark these 3?

Dear my friends,
I have a rig and I'm using Nicehash 2.0.1.10 for NVidia graphic cards. I always connect to USA server.
My daily earning Bitcoin decreased from 0.0024 to 0.0020 without any change to my hardware or settings from 17 FEB 2018 until today(Everyday it decrease 0.0001 without any reason).
Do you have the same result or there is something wrong in my system?

Why do we need to benchmark?

Do I need to do a new benchmark everytime I try new OC settings for my card?

Because the program is utter SHEYT! Stop using it, you're losing money. Use a real mining software and a real pool, not nicehash.

so what are you doing here then ? Trolling ?

Bitcoin Talks Bullshit Walks
What’s sad to see is legend members still using/talking highly of this service. Sad state of affairs if ask me. You know who you are.  Shame on you!

Is there a better alternative?

What id recommend is people doing their own research.  Reading thru the threads of various pools etc.  ideally we would like to see no pools and a truly decentralized system.  Nothing against you at all.  From what I’ve seen you run a pretty tight ship. Shit happens and that’s to be expected. Faulty wallets forks etc.  anyway since the hack I’ve done far better hodling onto my coins and selling when I feel the time is right.  Best thing about crypto is everyone can have their own strategy for success.  But what I don’t like to see is we keep giving these places second chances to only be duped again later on.  At this point this is serious business.  If you come in with lazy approach your gonna get burned big time.

I am currently setting up my rig with nicehash.
Currently the rig is offline a few more days.

Using amd radeon rx 570 8gb.

I downloaded nicehash legacy 1.8.1.8 together with binaries. When launching nicehash I get "AMDOpenCLDeviceDetection.exe - the program couldnt launch correct 0xc000007b. Click to close the program"
Nicehash starts and all I can see is the pentium cpu.

The reason I would like to start it even if the rigg is offline is to do a benchmark.

SOLVED: Missing some ME drivers. And it doesn´t work to do benchmark offline.

Is there any nice pool for coins like zclassic? Its booming but all the pools are scammers. Zclmine pro is very bad with earnings..nicehash is like double% earnings for me but changing money other than in coinbase coins is too expensive

Time for everyone to just pull their hash rates out of NH and direct it at real pools and wallets.

I really do not understand why they just didn't do this in the first place to begin with? Undecided
What is the real use of using a go between service to do that for them?
Just to receive payments in a selected coin would be the only reason I can think of at this point in time. Embarrassed

Why can't you change your bid more than 0.0001 every 10 minutes and is there any way around this besides canceling the order and paying the fee for a new order?

cannot connect more then 120 workers?
always port close

Is there a hard limit for 120 workers ?

My return on various multi-pools has seemed incredible low lately so I was looking at giving NH a go again... but I will end up with over 120 workers.

Frankly... I almost hate to do it due to the issues NH has had... but NH on a 14 worker test group (0.011 BTC / 24 HRS) has done very well vs another batch of 35 workers (0.019 BTC / 24 HRS) on ZPOOL for me over the last few days. In the past ZPOOL was well ahead so I am not sure what is up but I would have to swap for that sort of difference if I cannot get my ZPOOL earnings up.

REPLY FROM NICEHASH -

irst you need to find out which location is the best for you. You can do that by testing PING to our locations.
https://www.nicehash.com/help/how-can-you-choose-the-optimal-nicehash-stratum-server

Please use these settings with the extranonce subscription (xnsub):

URL: stratum+tcp://sha256.youroptiminalstratumserver.nicehash.com:3334#xnsub
WORKER: YourBitcoinAddress.WorkerName
PASSWORD: your password (usual that is x)

Xnsub stands for extra-nonce subscription. For algorithms with very high difficulties and for miners with very high hashrates, it’s possible for a miner to completely exhaust the nonce-space (that is, the value that is changed for each hash to try and find the valid hash).

Extranonce was created to allow the miners to change a small field in the coinbase to continue hashing again from the beginning, but with a slightly different block.

By subscribing you’re telling NH (or any pool that supports it) that even though you’ve already submitted a certain nonce, it’s actually a different block because of this extranonce field. It effectively increases the size of the nonce.

Thank you for understanding.

EDIT - What is the need for the '-l 128' command ??

Kind regards,
NiceHash Team
