I am a sub contractor of your Cloud Mining service of which you use my computing power to generate income for your business marketplace and also are the backbone to your Live Marketplace Model. Without Sub Contractors like myself your service would not exist so essentially, without sub contractors like us, your service would be nothing.
My notice to you is to advise you of the terms and conditions of utilising and thereby harnessing the computing power I provide on a daily 24/7 basis, that just as your service has terms and conditions, so does the equipment you rent from me does.
Quickly I will explain:
Nicehash Charges: Fee charged to sub contractors for them supplying and making available our compute power to your service. You charge us sellers a fee on our income derived by your PPS model of 2-3% taken out of every mining balance payment we receive.
You charge a fee to your sellers of hashrate for them to get their "Income" transferred from your Wallet to ours. Like an ATM fee and set a Threshold and withdrawal levels dictate what the fee will be on income we earned by allowing you to act as a broker of our Compute power onselling it in your Marketplace. Like a ATM/Bank withdrawal fee to get our funds released from your platform.

My Compute power you use from me is a service. My service too, also has fee's for the use of and TAX obligations that I must inform you of.
Firstly, since you are purchasing compute power from me, I must inform your accounts department that shortly, my Tax Accountant, will be contacting you via email requesting all income I have earned working as a Sub Contractor for your service and I will need all payments made to my service you use to operate your service, And also, I will need to collect 10% GST on these payments under my obligation to the Australia Tax Office since I am a registered business in Australia with a ABN.
