That address has a balance of 0.357 trillion old PAC. It is likely the burn address but I am not sure.

PAC coin is dead.

On March 25th a ton of the old coin was sent to this address "B4CJGHgP6sD1sExk5M6rnxFfYZhdSTGRzV" from the Pac redemption wallet. What was that for being that the old coins were not supposed to be going back into circulation?

The redemption process will last a little over 1 year to allow everyone to get their coins swapped. Though the longer you wait, the lower the amount of new $ PAC you will receive in trade for your old PAC. From now through May 31st, you can redeem for 1000: 1. June 1st - Aug 31st is 2000: 1. Sept 1st - May31st 2019 is 4000: 1.

You have yet to post a valid txid or to capture the image of the evidence of transaction and post here. (you can use the Free Image Hosting service.)
It is also likely that you need to relax. It may take more time for the swap to complete.

I saw that someone here pasted a video on how to do it but now it is gone.  I still need help.  Do you have a proper video on how to do this?  The instructions from the website and I are not in synch.  Thank you in advance.
