Minimum is 1 ETH and maximum 100 ETH per user The amount cap for the pre sale is a pretty nice choice. Even if big investors could create many adresse to buy more than 100 eth i think its better to have more coin spread in a lot of adresse. And have a cap is a great symbol, that's mean paypie team want to let a chance to everyone in the project !

Its nice to have a maximum cap for big investors, 100 eth is really huge but its good to cap it, so bugs investors can't buy all token and let a chance to everyone with a minimum of 1 eth the chance to have paypie. Big investors still can go more than 100ETH. They could simply use several addresses. As long as there is no proof of stake involved, the distribution does not really matter that much.

1-100 ETH very democratic conditions, to attract a large mass of interested investors. So to say fair participation in PRE-SALE for all. And the more people are involved, the better. Widespread is the key to success.
Agree with paypie to spread out the token to as many investors that wants to buy it, not all can spend big bucks to invest on an ICO many of us are average people that wants to get in and atleast gain a little profit on what we can invest.
Agree, it's a good move to set a comparably low minimum cap thus allowing average people to join their presale and guaranteeing a wide distribution of tokens.
