Not sure. I haven't done many deposits but I had one of 1 million held over.
When PEEP/BTC was first listed on megacrypton the maximum buy/sell amount was 1000 PEEP, which was ridiculously low, so I guess they may have some defaults which don't work with certain coins. I have asked them to consider raising the deposit review limits for PEEP.

At what point/situation that it should be resorted to?
What if the dev doesn't want since he/she started the project?
How does the community select the said 'professional' who will lead in the take-over of the project?
In this case, what will happen to the released coin including of those chosen to receive free ICOs should there be take-over?

Firstly I have given out different amounts to different people. Not everyone had 555555 coins in fact many people had A LOT more!
This is normal.
I have transferred coins to different people because:
a) they were part of the free offer
b) a few people helped me get the coin off the ground and shared in pre-mine
c) People ordered coin and / or transferred coin to other members
I have transferred more coins using web wallet to different people for different reasons, including referral contest winner.
