Hello. We have tokens based on ERC20 and its not mineable. The number of tokens on the Pre-ICO is limited by hardcap 3500 ETH (now rate 1 ETH=1000 WCMT + bonus rate).

It seems that the timing of ICO start was not suitable as now it has entered into 2nd week and 5.16 ETH is total what has been invested in so far. The idea of project is looking impressive but other external elements also to be taken in consideration. May be situation change in coming days for the pre-ico round.
