I would like to know one basic thing may be I missed something about the upcoming crowdfunding round on 15th of this month. I see in post above it mentioned minimum amount to participate in Pre-sale is $50,000. We are heading now this is my question is the pre-sale starting on 15th ? if not then how much money has been collected in pre-sale round. I will appreciate any clear reply.
The pre-sale is still live though it will end soon. Our official crowdsale will be launched on August, 15th (the precise time will be announced later). The funds raised during the pre-sale is a private information until then, the numbers will be communicated at the crowdsale. this makes propy one of the most innovative projects i've ever scene. If you come to think of it's like buying an online item. Hassle free, less stress and paperless yet safe. No doubt propy will be gradually disrupting the realty industry.
I still don't understand how propy will fit into the regulatory controls laid out by various countries while buying/selling properties.
