This project has resulted in a clinician strongly calling into question the reputation, claims, team and approach of PTOY on reddit under r/cryptocurrency.   As someone whose family members have suffered from the medical communities failure to find a common-sense way to make our medical records seamlessly available, I am a strong advocate of change in this arena.  If PTOY is the answer, I'd like its leaders to refute the claims made by the clinician dr_blockchain on that reddit.  Here is a copy/paste:

Background: Recently I attended a CIO roundtable where we had participants from most midwest and east coast health systems + 1 national health system. One of the topics discussed was blockchain.
We reached a consensus that for the following reasons blockchain solutions will not be deployed at scale in the US within the foreseeable future:
(1) Incumbent major EHR companies and their strongholds in health systems' IT departments
(2) Industry regulations and lack of guidelines/compliance measures
(3) Potential implementation costs
(4) Technical challenges vis-a-vis blockchain in medical record management that are yet to be resolved! See the MIT case study!
(5) Healthcare systems are the most risk averse corporations you can find - cultural challenges
A couple major red flags about patientory(PTOY):
1-Their team is severely underequipped to handle what they claim. They lack not only the technical expertise but also the management capabilities to build meaningful senior executive relationships
2-They are outrageously overstating their "partnerships". One of the roundtable attendants knows Rick Daniels and knows for a fact that KP (Kaiser) is not pursuing any blockchain solutions at scale.
Calling out Michael Rubin (the Director of Communications for Patientory) - Patientory's claims of partnering with Kaiser bordering on fraud. I strongly recommend that you take Kaiser's logo off your website. You are misleading token holders for monetary gain.
PTOY's partnership with Kaiser is probably the pet project of a mid-level manager (director of X at a regional market) at most. Their other partnerships are basically incubators that provided them early funding to test out ideas.
3-Their "foundation"...Does anyone seriously think that a CIO would pay up $250K to become the member of an obscure entity that has no industry relevance?
Stay away. This company will be on the news like Theranos. Soon.

So is this like your first post in bitcointalk and you already have a lot of ideas for this project? Week hands sell now, holders comemorate later.

Is there a hospital in the world that is using this technology? I just can't see how a hospital can agree to such a thing (ever)Huh?

Just because you are cluess about it, that does not mean that there is not a need. In the US it is currently a nightmare to try to get medical records from facility to another. Many places will just make you redo a lo of labs and physical already performed in another facility simply because its easier and faster for them to obtain than to request. The insurance company eventually gets billed twice for the same diagnostic, the patient ends up paying the same copay twice as well and it amounts to a waste of time and money. Now imagine that you were seeing several doctors because you had a severe condition and wanted to get multiple opinions for treatment?

Even though the hospitals now have switched to EMR, the EMR of each facility is completed independent form the facility next door, meaning again that the doctor or care team in a different facility can't possibly know what treatments, medications or allergies you may have. Ptoy solves all of this.

It is stepping up towards 10k satoshi again in such a short time. One thing is clear support for this  token on exchanges is deep which doesn't let it slipped under some certain range. This kind of support is rare that makes me stay intact with the project even news are out yet.

I sold my bag a few weeks ago.

Hoping it dips hard so I can re-enter.

I do wish they would tell us more what's going on behind the scenes.

They do send a weekly newsletter but it's pretty thin on details.

My concerns: Team seems small. They need a full outreach team making deals with hospitals.

dinkimole nokkalle...
It looks like Ptoy has found a stable floor finally at above 10k satoshi. I also am watching another project where price coincidentally have gone through similar way. If my observation is not wrong it should be back at above 25k satoshi in coming few days with the announcement of few updates regarding light version of the application or something else.

dream on :-)

I hope, but not hodling my breath. It'll moon when it moons.
Any idea what the devs are working on right now for PTOY? Are we expecting a new wallet release soon?

Honestly the price is good now, seems like it's holding and just doing those crazy pumps, STRAT, WAVES etc seem to follow a similar pattern in that sense, hoping that means it's going to look stronger and have a more positive uptrend considering people will start realising the long term projects and give them the right amount of credit.  So many other continuously being developed coins have far lesser price / value atm though, so that's a fact to consider too.

I am still holding my PTOY tokens. I am expecting the future will be just great for blockchain technology. Michelle and her team is hard working. Once crypto market returns bullish PTOY will be breaking ath.
