Wouldn’t it be easier to send employees on holiday, so that they do not stand idle?
What difference does it make? If we send them on holiday, then only on paid one. Still, the company will bear the costs because of idle employees. But now, they will let working hours of their employees out for rent and receive additional income from this, which minimizes losses.
