In case this may be a problem, I post the following image of a console window.

The dark yellow characters describing "unknown top block."
I rarely see (or have not seen) this messages in a bitmonerod console.
Is this related to a blockchain corruption attack which monero faced?
Or possibly someone is trying selfish-mining attacks? Thank you.

When you use daemon do you use 'save' and 'exit' commands when you close the daemon window? If you don't do this, mistakes of such sorts may appear. They do not influence the work of the system and are not related to the attacks.

I know that miners which use win64 have some hashrate problems. I am now working on it.

Price of QuazarCoin: what to expect?

I think price will be 0.0001-0.0002 BTC for 1 QCN. What do you think?

maybe as much as DRK Grin

How to get hashrate higher than 5h per thread? FX-8320, on Monero did much higher

I am getting about 5.8h/s on same cpu with 7 thread on win7-64.

Yep, and that sucks man. You can read what do they have on Linux. And you can compare to Monero hashrate, same algo

I tried mining on my ubunto vm with the compiled binary. Got a dependency error. I may try later when i have more time.

sorry for my bad ENG.

is this miner work like P2P pool ?

I mean.  coin incoming lately?

Can you elaborate on this a little?

Coins are going directly to your wallet, you will have to wait 60 blocks to use it.

hello, how do you see you hashrate in console?

in help commands, i don't see show_hr command

Hi people,

How to see hashrate please ?
show_hr don't work on windows :/
But my CPU usage is at 100%

I just checked, and it works. Сommand must be write in a daemon, not in your wallet. Try again, please.

Oh and someone was mining it before the launch?

Yeah, my bad, somebody got first 4 blocks before the launch. I think the rep was found.

Well, to be precise, you had already posted a direct link to your github repository in the original post at the time this mining started.  How do I know?  I followed the link in the OP when I came across your post (either directly to the github repo, or to your coin's webpage, which itself at that time had a link to the github repo), compiled the source, and mined block #2 in the blockchain.

In hindsight it looks like I did this before any 17 GMT "release time" you had posted in the thread.  At the time, I didn't do the calculation in my head from GMT to my local time since you had released the source and provided a link to it.  I suspect it was 20-30 minutes before 17 GMT, if that helps.

Best regards, and good luck.

Shit. Thank you, I hope, you will stay with us.

OracionSeis you did a good work anyway. Thanks and respect.

+1

May be I can help you somehow? I'm rather good at coding  Cool
CryptoNote based coins' developers should support each other.

Hm, cool! Check PM.

is that hard to create GUI for cryptonote coins? UI design should be simple with RPC calls. If Quazar can make a GUI it will definitely more popular than other CryptoNote alts.

I agree with you and will do it later.
