How could it not work?

To recover from the seed you'd need to delete wallet folder, launch the client and choose "recover wallet", then copy/paste seed when you're asked.

Oh yeah. Another one. Skycoin. I've been waiting for months and finally they announced that they'll do IPO for 1% of the emission although it's 100% POS Cheesy

And they want $50'000 for that 1%.

People on the NEM thread have been asking for a beta for ages, and the devs have still not released one. Qora had a beta out ages ago, and now the release version's out.

NXTL guys announced May 25 the end of IPO and on 26th they said they didn't collect enough money, so IPO is not over yet, so we're trying to find a solution.

Qora unlike others haven't asked for anything. He opened IPO, closed IPO, announced the launch and released the coin. What's more to ask.

I wont wait for ethcoin because it is too long dev time and might have many investors which makes no profits for IPO.

Thanks to those who dump coins below 100 satoshi Qora will have great distribution. Actually less than a couple of weeks after the launch it's way better than Nxt — http://coinia.net/qora/blockexplorer.php?top=100

I have absolutely no problems with Nxt distrubution though. But there are some assholes and trolls who have, so it's great to not having the same problems with Qora.

Yep. And unlikely other investors I'm not trashing the coin trying to keep people from investing. I totally understand why he deletes all those posts and support it. There are certain conditions, you either accept them or not.

The problem with them is that they want to raise millions during the IPO (not in the spirit of open source project) so they are running into legal issues.

They are, no arguments here. But still, several months after announcement, cancelled IPO, no news since then. The same as others.
