That's said clearly in the announce page. The amount of bitcoins is relatively small in comparison  to most ico's lately. The bitcoin price is low too. I'm taking a flyer on this. Can't be worse than Dark Token or Ninja

Absolutely no guarantee that any taxi companies will even consider this. Let me tell you now that chance is very slim. I can tell you right now this is a failed project.

Reaching out to a taxi company and pitching the idea to them and getting confirmation that they would in fact accept this coin would've been the no-brainer thing to do. This just reeks of scam and/or poorly thought out business plan.
