- Hard cap of $30m USD
- The RightMesh token is the RMESH token
- RightMesh AG is a Swiss company based out of Zug, Switzerland
- No minimum cap. The project is going ahead regardless of the total contributions received. The project has had over $7M invested into it over the past 3+ years diverting profits from a related entity (from parent company Left) to turn this dream into a reality. The only thing that may change is the timeline if we have to reduce our annual operating budget.s
- 129,498,559 tokens will be generated. This is a finite supply and no additional tokens will ever be generated. It is possible that a token may be “split” where one token becomes two or more tokens. This would be done to enhance the user experience of the tokens within RightMesh-enabled applications
- Only ETH will be accepted during the public contribution phase. However, the TGE is being done at a price pegged to the US dollar.
- Each contributor is responsible for abiding by the laws and regulations in their jurisdiction and meeting the appropriate requirements. All contributors must go through registration to enable thorough KYC and AML requirements, prior to fund transfer or token generation. US citizens and Canadian residents are prohibited from participating during the Pre-Allocation and Public-Contribution rounds.
- Public Pre-Contribution Period (20% bonus). The public pre-contribution period is anticipated to commence on February 15, 2018 and run for approximately 2 weeks.
- Approximately, one-third of the total tokens being released for public distribution will be received during this public pre-contribution period
- Participants will receive an additional 20% in bonus RightMesh tokens for being the first to support the project and helping to take the risk out of the project
- All contributions to the project will be received by Bitcoin Suisse AG, and all contributors must be signed up within the Bitcoin Suisse platform, which includes KYC and AML checks
- Pre-registration will commence on the Bitcoin Suisse website (www.BitcoinSuisse.ch) in early 2018
- RightMesh will NEVER ask you to send contributions to a crypto wallet or directly to us. All funds will be processed and received by Bitcoin Suisse. Anything other than this should be treated as a scam and we ask that you please bring it to our attention as soon as possible
- US citizens and Canadian residents are prohibited from participating in the Crowd Contribution Period
- Crowd Contribution Period
- After the public pre-contribution period is over, checked, and cleared, we will announce the exact schedule and implementation of the crowd contribution period. This announcement will be made on the company’s Telegram channel and on the Bitcoin Suisse website.
- The company has a hard cap of $30M in total contributions and will be releasing 38,850,000 tokens (30%) of the total supply to supporters of the project to the public, including all contribution rounds. This amount does not include an additional 10% of the total generated tokens specifically allotted for future AirDrop tokens for the public.
- If the hard cap has been reached and there remains an excess of tokens within the allocation, these excess RightMesh tokens will be airdropped to the community within one calendar year of the RightMesh token generating event
- All contributions to the project will be received by Bitcoin Suisse AG, and all contributors must be signed up within the Bitcoin Suisse platform, which includes KYC and AML checks
