I would like to report an error in the order menu. I wanted to place an order on Emerald Crystals and twice the system Timonium Ores placed. Before that I had 2x Timonium Ores placed for 60 satoshis and "Onlinedigger" sold me this. Then I wanted to order Emerald Crystals and 2x the system Timonium Ores for 200 satoshis placed. This is way too much for timonium. Thank God, I only ordered a small number of items, the damage would have been higher. Please check this error what it is and what I have to look out for. http://prntscr.com/f6xxr1

I placing offer by drag'n'drop, but order screen filled automatically with item placed for selling! Is it possible add separate screens for offers and orders?

Thanks for the report(s). I think I've seen something similar during tests.

I have a screenshot attached to the CPU negative problem. Good Luck to find the Bug :)  http://prntscr.com/f6ysb5

I had have opposite problem. Captcha restored CPU points value in increased by one. I guess this leak is in changing ship process, because it do not consume 1 point, but with zero points it impossible.

And thanks for those, those are solid leads on the CPU "leaking" (I like this term ;) problem.

Two advanced reactors: 2/2 and 96/98. Energy rate - 21 per minute ??? Unmount -> mount back in same slots - energy rate - 23 as should be :o This is only on single ship.

Was that an old unused ship by any chance?

Why basic scanner consume 40 energy then return 20 back? https://youtu.be/bmXR8cIu7zM

No idea, but thank you for the report.

How equipment's durability losing work? I have a ship with 0/100 durability equipped with impulse engine 101/101. How many jumps i may do before lost 1 durability point?

I think it's all about thrusters (approaching) and not jumping, when it comes to engines. And it's pretty random. Reactors might lose durability as they recharge you, everything else might lose durability on use.

Sadly the rare material is given randomly by the quarries on the planets.

Sorry Toecutter but thats not the best way to go for the game in my opinion.

The rare materials should be based on the clicks. Believe me, people would click themselfs to death to see the rare stuff noone else can. Thats the dynamics that in my opinion is proper.

I think some other rare items WILL be easier to obtain (by clicking), but ancient artifacts were always intended to be super rare and unobtainable. Besides, with all the IPX devotion we have going on now, aren't you getting increased artifact output from your quarries? I thought the market is overflooding already, not the other way around?

And I will say that for thousand time and again. New ships would be what the hipster players like me would want :P. But the ipx shares is awesome idea as well.

Sure, that would be awesome, but we have troubles with this. We don't have much spare art, and we don't want to introduce too many similar ships (Slither and Privateer are already too similar for our taste). Each ship represents a class, and there aren't any other classes we would like to have right now. And commissioning new ship art just for a ship with minor stat difference is kinda too wasteful :(

We'll think some more about this.

Thanks, and yeah, I'll need more details on both those issues if you'd be so kind.

I would like to report an error regarding the CPU points. Please look at the screenshot because I can not explain it. http://prntscr.com/f6axwy
Thank you for the report! This happens when SG2 (client side) thinks an action costs a point, while it's actually free (server side). Do you remember which action moved you into that state? We though we found and fixed all such cases, but apparently not, so any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I have a request. It is about the cost of a building on the planet. Each building costs 10000 Satoshis. In view of the high Bitcoin course, the price has doubled. Now to my request would not it be better to combine the building price and the Bitcoin course? I mean, when the BTC course goes up, then the purchase price falls for a building. If the BTC course falls, then the purchase price for a building increases. Example. 1 Bitcoin has the price of 1000 dollars then costs a building 10000 Satoschis. 1 BTC = 1500 $ ---> 7500 Satoshis. 1 BTC = 500 $ ---> 12500 Satoshis. I hope you understand me and know what I mean.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. This is by design, we thought it would be interesting not to have ALL prices in the game linked to BTC, to create interesting market situations. (E.g., some constants among the variables) However, you might be right, as the current USD/BTC price is quite steep. We'll discuss this internally.

THX-27 changed owner from IPX to Harbringers, I took few jobs, then owner changed to IPX again. All its took about 30 minutes.

Thank you, and you're right. It can actually happen quite often. Amount of influence/devotion a faction has also helps, so during the Time War this whole station takeover happens a lot more franticly. I believe we'll fine-tune this to be less so.

Owner from IPX to IPX, but there is no merchant Sad

Yeah, looks like we have a bug there somewhere. Thank you.

What the owner difference http://prnt.sc/f6g26n http://prnt.sc/f6gsgc except icon and color?

No difference, looks like a minor visual glitch in SG2. Thanks for the report.

hey, toecutter where can we find Ancient Powercell

I shouldn't be really telling you this, ask other players, etc, but given the recent Time War announcement, I guess it's no longer much of a secret.

You can get Ancient Artifacts via planetary mining (very low chance, but applies to all planets with quarries), either by looting Doomsday (much higher concentration of artifacts, but, obviously, much more dangerous).

How often station change owner?
I think it's either every 3 hours, either a bit more often, sorry, don't have those details on hand.

Hey Toecutter, I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but THX-57 has been constantly changing factions every single time rollover to the point that I haven't seen the merchant tab for days now..

Sounds buggy-ish, kinda an overkill and definitely and inconvenience to players. I'm pretty sure things should be more spaced out. Thanks for the report.

[BUG] Rocket mining was "free". (@?)

Well, then Mining with rocket asteroid with known resources just destroy it without adding any resource. http://prntscr.com/f5wyjw

That is by (questionable) design, basically mining with rockets is always a gamble. I guess it's worth mentioning in the manual or the FAQ.

With 15 CPU rate 115 CPU points, but it is not x10 http://www.satoshigalaxy.com/help/premium#what-are-the-benefits

Thank you very much, that's one embarrassing bug. Weird no one asked about this before.

Refreshed cache (Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+r 3 times, right?), but nothing changed.

I see. OK, adding this to the list too.

Update.

  • [BUG] Premium CPU rate is not what was promised. (@onlinedigger)

Sincere apologizes to all our premium users.

Oh, and if someone thinks "finally a feasible way to write a bot", don't bother, we'll ban your account, premium or not.

P.S. Cheap ship durability repairs are finally off and the cost is back to normal.

Premium benefits:... CPU rate x10. So with CPU rate 12 I should have 120 CPU points?

I'm not actually sure about that, can you please ask someone in-game and post here?

Bad update:

As more and more ad networks are turning into (minor) scams, we had to replace the right-hand banner in SG2 with a wider one. Eating 40 more pixels of your screen real estate. Terribly sorry about that, but we're literally out of options here :(

See this post for details.
