Bitcoin is the Future of currency
Since chinsu is missing SXC needs a DEV team and and website to get of the ground. My coding skills are way below average and biz style design is really not my thing, but I could provide hosting for the site and porn renders in different niches.

Getmininginfo still shows about 13000 kH/s (no idea if that is correct. My client shows -342275 blocks remaining after syncing). But there still seems to be some interest in SXC.
We are looking for a new DEV . Sexcoin is here to stay.
Mine yours coins now ... later will be late...

Unfortunately I will need to leave the marketing of your coin to you, my apologies.

Do you have a forum or homepage? And on page one there is a still un-corrected error [/size]...

9561 is the default port.. The big danger I suppose is somebody bruteforcing a username and password to connect to the daemon and then messing with your wallet.. If you set a good username , rpcpassword and dont use a wildcard for rpcallowip and encrypt your wallet, I doubt you'll have much trouble..

I have 15 active connections to Sexcoin Network!!!

Unfortunately only two of them are actually sexcoin clients.  Port 9333 is litecoin right?  No idea on 9917.  Mine does this too and I have no idea why.

I deleted my  sexcoin.conf. Now there are only 2 nodes left. I think, it is no good idea, adding other nodes with ports which are not 9560. But in the first post, there is a sexcoin.conf with rpcport=9561. If you want to open your NAT-Router port, because you want to be a node, which port should be opened? Or is opening a port no good idea?

We have 3 working nodes so far
update your conf files

addnode=113.162.145.245:9560
addnode=67.191.160.195:9560
addnode=223.27.19.38:9560
addnode=46.39.246.24:9560

You also can help by running a sexcoin wallet in your network and port forward 9560 port
read here how you can do that with your router

Still messing around.. Managed to compile the daemon, I'm trying to compile the GUI, but I get an error. Probably a problem with the way I configured qmake. If it's not then I might not be able to keep going.I know it's a PITA using windows to compile, but I'm not gonna install ubuntu on a rig for this unless I get desparate.

If I manage to compile the source, I'll have a go at taking the latest version of litecoin, making the changes nessecary for it to used on the present SXC network, compile it, test it, bundle everything with an installer and post the source on github so it can be developed further.

That's a lot of if's but I think the first thing we need is a nice clean client to work from. Thats the foundation.Just wondering if anybody else is interested in developing this coin.

Try this one:
223.27.19.38:9560
it does not work ... only working so far is : 67.191.160.195:9560
It should work now.  I didn't have the firewall rule quite right.
YES now it's working!!!
Thanks
Cool.  Glad to help!

So the way I see it, the chances of the client working as a node "out of the box" are virtually nil.  A port forward or firewall rule (or both) will probably be required to make it work, depending on how the host computer accesses the internet.
