Hi I sent 3k SIA form my wallet to Bitterex here is the trans ID 1a79a16a97247032b93643d5c35ade135b7941c9710120f9cdfbe959740133dc

Anyone know where my coins went?

Thank you!

Wendy

@Wendy,
You need to put in a support ticket to Bittrex. As the other fellow said, the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. I had this same thing happen to me with Bittrex on another coin. Their support is  S L O W , so be prepared to wait at least a week for a response (in which they will likely ask you to reply if you still have the issue). Maddening.

Good luck!

The Sia of the future project which I am sure has a good prospect,I believe later the Sia will be the cooperation with large companies that require storage because the Sia has required storage of large companies,I think the investment in the project SIA is very nice, will be a lot of investors who are interested in this project, but for now market is into bitcoin

SIA price is suffering again as it seems. Of course this is related to the continous soaring of Bitcoin but it still hurts to watch. I dont think it can become even more cheap than it is now. At least I hope so... What will be the bottom of this? Soon we are under 50 sats.

Another question: what makes SIA superior to Storj?

siacoin asics will be disruptive to decred and the price could go x20 up from here :-D i'm hodling siacoin because actual development underway<<<

Hi Wendy. Those 3360SC are included in a transaction on the block 135070, so it is already included in the blockchain and the funds are already in your address. You can check it on one of the available explorers here: https://explorer.siahub.info/hash/1a79a16a97247032b93643d5c35ade135b7941c9710120f9cdfbe959740133dc

- Are you using the last version of the client, v1.3.0? If you are using an older version, due to the hardfork of yesterday it will never sync up to that block (it is 70 blocks beyond the hardork point)

- Is your client fully sync with the network? As the transaction was done yesterday and blockchains sync chronologically, only the funds will show up in your balance once your client downloads that block very close to the 100% of the syncing process.

The currency used in its network platform is Siacoin. The uploading and downloading of files in the platform must be paid for before downloading. The managed host will not be paid until it has completed the task within the specified time frame. The hosting host will be required to pay a deposit, if there is a violation of the provisions of the contract will be punished.

The most people do not see the real potential in this coin. I will just hold my Siacoins. I am pretty sure they will boom in 2-3 month. Siacoin just need more marketing, too less people know about that coin.

Ok. So today is the day of hardfork, but as i understand it will be made in few steps and there will not gonna happen split of blockchain (no new altcoin). Am i correct?

If yes - how long will take to complete this hardfork?

The fork just happened a few minutes ago and we are currently on block 135.001 :-)

No, no split or new coin generation has happened as all the miners, hosts and exchanges were updated to the client version compatible with the fork

BTW, just in case, if anyone has connectivity issues after the fork, check out this tool for connecting to more peers: https://siastats.info/nodes.html

Smooth as Swiss Tony

siacoin will be growing big soon ~ check this out Wink *cough-wink*

I wouldn't look at the satoshi price. but focus on USD/Fiat price instead. BTC is on a rampage, to sat values are low, fiat price is making good progress though. Hopefully people realize, that the hard fork doesn't mean free Sia, and are investing because they see progress in the product's development.

I disagree here. It does make no sense to me to look at the USD value of a Coin that is traded only against BTC. Furthermore I (as we all) invested in SIA with BTC so the only thing one should orientate himself on is the BTC value: initial investment value vs current investment value. This shows us if our investment did good or not. I only look at the USD value of coins that have a decent trading volume as well against USD (BTC, ETH, DASH, EOS, IOTA are examples).

Where can a find a stratum server for solo mining this algorithm Huh

Currently the mining network of Sia is about 250-300TH/s. Unless you are the owner of a huge GPU farm, your chances of finding a block solo-mining are minimal.

There are 5 big mining pools in Sia, each one with different payout schemes, fees and other variables. Take a look at them: https://siastats.info/pools_list.html. For instance, both Siamining, Luxor and F2pool are PPS, what means you'll get payouts even if the pools does not find blocks. Luxor has a very low fee of 0.3% that is paid as a donation to Sia developers.

Where can a find a stratum server for solo mining this algorithm Huh
Sia now can mine with ASIC, so I dont think that solo mining is profitable at the moment anymore.

ASICs (Obelisk SC1) are not yet released. They are expected to ship on June of next year or earlier if the manufacturing is accomplished sooner. But there is still time for GPU mining.

I do have a large GPU farm, all of my miners are behind a stratum proxy but i would prefer to solo mine vs pool mine as it's more profitable. I also have several Obelisk SC1's on order from the first week.

Is there a stratum server available for this coin/algo Huh
