- have a Bitcointalk account before July 30 2014 done
- be at one of these ranks (Jr. Member, Member, Full Member, Sr. Member, Hero Member) done
- enter you bitcointalk username done
- enter your Bitcointalk profile ID - enter your SIGN wallet address done
Also, before you register, you need to put your wallet address in the signature of the account. done

It allways say

They need to fix some issues for now all the addresses starting with T not working, must be something very easy to fix.
Also remember to put your wallet address in signature otherwise they will decline I think.
This is correct. I just changed my address to one that starts with S instead of T and the registration was accepted.
