as far as i remember,they were saying that 2nd distribution will be held after it hits the exchange.
or they will do it at the end of March.

I think that dev have the right to move deadlines if they want, because it is free distribution and I think we have not enough reason to worry about it. But sure the better way to make changes in announcement.

They should have a clear road map to follow and also can serve as a guide for users and investors to check the progress of the project. As of now everyone is clueless on the next step of the project development.
