Novel smart contract solution for Ethereum based platforms, here: SOIL.
On-chain delivery of weather forecasts, for any mapped location on Earth.
User-paid request selects location - an oracle answers to that event.
Then 1 nowcast, and 4 forecasts can be read by anyone, for 4 days.

How can i add the "admin.addPeer..." command on CMD ( WINDOWS ) , "gsoil.exe attach" won't let me do it. ( yes, I'm not able to sync)
A console issue to be solved...

the move is JUST ABOUT DONE!! hopefully, by tomorrow, i will have the computer set up again and get those thngs that i had almost finished actually DONE> this move has taken much longer than expected, thanks to brake failures on the car, etc. it will be so nice to have the time to devote back to SOILcoin again after this insanely convoluted month. hope all is well with all of you!

i found the nodes in the message above worked fine. everything synched up no problem.
the problem seems to be that our new york "hard node" has gone down. these were set up by peter long time ago. i will reset these nodes as soon as i get my computer rebuilt at my new house (im using the public library right now) which will require new executables but should fix the problem forthwith. my move is going as smoothly as moves usually go. 8 hours of driving back and forth every day (three trips) and im exhausted. ALMOST done.

My apologies for my absence recently. As mentioned, Im in the middle of moving, and thus, havent really been able to do a single thing regarding SOIL in the last week. I should FINALLY be done with the move by this weekend, and internet will be set up in my new place by the time we're moved in, and then I'll be double timing it to catch up. Ive been in discussion with a couple people who would be willing to come on board as our blockchain expert, and hopefully I will have that hammered out before end of the month. Hope everyone is doing well!!

Had hoped to have my DApp ready by now. Instead I am on my 3rd day now, studying solidity examples, and trying to get a better contract-IDE working. Started with Cosmo because of your recommendation here (if obsolete then edit that old post! Cost me a long time.); but Cosmo is unready, has bugs, and questions asked as github issues just don't get answered. And 'Mix' is very hard to install on Debian.

Past days taken by toolchain preparations. Today Mist and mix-ide.
Please give me time for it.
