Once i have my Tokens, in my ether wallet, they are mine 100% mine?. No way for the Team to refund and get the tokens back anymore right?

I checked all those last big transactions and all came from the same address, and all transactions are valued at 0 ETH, it means that they are coming from BTC (IMO).
I guess it is all the BTC transactions that were stuck in a loophole
