This is over %10 and i thinks this is too high. Good systems and company but really costly.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. BTC sending fee changes constantly and depends on how busy the bitcoin network is. Also, we offer a certain exchange rate at the time of purchase, not a fee.  We do have nearly 800 thousand users and since we have many things in one place - IBANs and cards (paused at the moment), so we believe the price is adequate. Plus, fees are changing all the time, they are not set.

We had already an agreement in place with a new provider and in the upcoming months the new cards will be implemented.
Will this card available worldwide and not just limited to certain users in certain area?
I also remember that I could create a virtual card albeit being unverified, do this new provider will require verification even for virtual card?

How can you ensure that this provider won't close its service so suddenly just like Wavecrest did?

Hi, the cards will be supported at most worldwide countries. You can find the full list here: https://blog.bankera.com/2018/01/07/new-bankera-cards-have-already-arrived/ The virtual cards might require verification. Also, we cannot guarantee that new provider won't close its service however we are always ready with a plan B.

I'd love to see a crypto-to-credit card platform than can actually provide stable and continuous service, but with the major service providers clamping down on cyrptos, what are you going to do differently to ensure that you can actually issue cards and avoid the pitfalls everyone else seems to be falling into?

Please check your transaction history because in the system we can see that you got the money credited on 2018-02-01 and have already spent it.

Hi,

i am trying to access my SpectroCoin since the last 30 minutes, but i can´t ..

First, the captcha didn´t appear ..

Second, when i introduce my user/password and press on Login, it reloads page but doesn´t shows an error or something ..

Last, now i am seeing a 502 Cloudfare error ..

:-(

It could be great if you could advise users before web/servers update or whatever is happening now .. because i´m now worried about my Spectrocoin account ..

Sell is 10%
There is no information about exchange fee on site
Very much not  transparent
Not so much serious for fnancial institution
Becouse all of that limited number of users are actively using Spectro
If you wil lower your exch fee Spectrocoin will be much more in use
So are you going to do something with exchange fee
You wil have very strong competition in weeks

There is no fixed fee applied for exchange operations. The price is calculated according to an algorithm and the best possible price is offered.

Had a little chat with your support and the immediate response I got was "Bitcoin transaction fee has been increased due to high load of the bitcoin network. Transactions may take 48 hours or more in some cases with a lower fee and it has been increased to avoid such delays. Transaction fee is paid directly to the bitcoin network to process the transaction and none of it is charged by us." When I updated your rep on the current status of the bitcoin network and the fact that the mining fees have gone back to normal, his response was and I kid you not "Every exchange have his own fee."

So if the transaction fee really does go directly to the bitcoin network and none of it is charged by you, why is the transaction fee locked at 18.67 euros instead of 3.50 charged by every other bitcoin exchange today? Where did those extra 15 euros come from? Your exchange is seriously charging 15 euros fee on a 60 euros transaction?



The fee depends on the blockchain network and changes constantly based on how busy it is. We aim to set a minimum transaction price that would ensure the transaction reaches the end party as soon as possible.
