I was hoping you guys were going to be different than the other manufacturers, but, now that I'm just getting canned responses 3 days before the products are supposed to ship I know I was wrong.

Think about the situation you're putting your consumers in.  It doesn't instill much faith when even YOU don't know (or won't tell us) if the product will ship 72 hours before they're supposed to.  THAT is poor management.

Just shut up and ask for a refund. Or do you not want one ? You must be off your medication or due for a snort every time  you start complaining. It is not like they are not compensating or denying refunds.

Why don't you stand up for yourself by taking a refund instead of complaining ? I have stood up for myself and have been treated fairly. Still suffering from burn marks from KNC though.

The only draw back with SPTech is the lack of definite shipping dates and this still has  not changed since my order. That is the only thing I would fault them with at this time.
Unlike other companies which build, mine, sell and ship (from the mine) we only build and ship.
It's very hard to guarantee definite times when you first need to build. The miners has many parts beside ASICs, which all of them need to arrive on time.
We're going through hoops to be able to ship within a month period. Until now it always succeeded.

I got my compensation. The products I use from SPT were shipped in time. Multiple orders, multiple times.
I'd love to have all my vendors of SPT's caliber, and I'd hate to have most of the complainers here as customers.
Fortunately, I can pick my customers.

Same experience for me and I would agree not to talk for others. Let others speak for themselves or just quote them.

Honestly, why are you surprised? Every ASIC manufacturer ships at the very end of their estimated ship date. No exceptions. Just be happy you didn't preorder from some other vendor who ships many months late or not at all. Spondoolies, Bitmain and ASICMiner can be trusted to ship in a timely manner. But it's up to the individual buyer to not expect anything to be delivered early. It just never happens.

I'm now tired of contacting spondoolies. Poor techie Zvi has been doing his best to work out what's wrong with my 3 machines.

I have posted several times on this forum too.

From the 3 machines (SP-30's) purchased only one is running.. and not consistant. They sent one RMA and yet that is also not working again.

Guy has not contacted me again about any compensation. I'm loosing out as I've gave it for host in Michagan and i'm based in London.

What do you say for this?

If you cannot do anything why can't you simply refund me? That would make life more easier!

Final and exact numbers for the SP31, SP35 and SP20 will be released tomorrow.
Shipping of the SP31 will begin tomorrow morning as well. As this is much smaller batch than previous ones there will not be any issues shipping the entire batch within the promised time frame.

The SP20s are also expected to be shipped in time. Should there be any issues with shipping in time we will compensate.

one my psu is dead (the guy who power cycle the rig said that the PSU threw spark out of the fan  Grin) There is no more support for this SP-10 now.
Can SP-T tell me what's the PSU model I shall buy ?
Can you send a fresh new one ?

Btw, any news about the compensation plan ? i have no news since last week....

got an update from barbara regarding the compensation. Thanks Barbara !

Anyway, found out the psu i need... !

Barbara has been fairly prompt to reply.   1-2 days max.
