I think that it went a bit too far...all jokes aside.
The only joke is the joke on you buddy. We are going to be hashing away on our SP50s and you are going to be crying about being left behind. Sucker.
you mad, bro? cheers
I am definitely mad bro. Mad that I didn't get in on the SP30s. But now I am one jump ahead on the SP50s, I am not mad anymore. Spondoolies Rules!!
If you want in on the deal, Spondoolies has the product up on their page now. Don't delay.
instead of blowing 5
BTC on a future project, why don't you order SP-30 for September. They are available and you will enjoy it much sooner...
Wake-up man. SP30 is a slow, out-of-date worthless machine - that thing is never going to ROI. We are in a new era now. SP50 is what is happening today. SP30 is so yesterday. You've got to stay one step ahead if you are going to be a miner. Don't buy yesterday's technology, you've got to buy into the future. Good luck getting your SP30 to do anything: SSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
Actually, in my practical experience, the opposite was true so far: every single preorder had failed or was substantially affected:
Examples:
1. KnC (ordered, then refunded, thankfully)-was out in the last minute of a 6mo window. By the time it was out, miner was unprofitable in BTC terms.
2. Bitmain: S2 early preorder batch had shipping problems with messed up cards; S3 just announced that they did not reach the goal by 7.7%, will issue refunds/coupons
3. Cointerra-did not hit the mark (off by 20%)-I did not order this one, although I live close by.
4. BFL-Monarch-LOL, never even considered (initial price $4K for 600GH on preorder)
Sp-30 should be OK, though, I bought Guy's explanation. I am not totally against preorders, but facts (at least in 2014) are clearly working against the multi-month preorders.
