click mining in the spread wallet is CPU mining,which you can hardly mine anything now with the net hashrate of 2.8GH/s.

If you have a laptop and you don't have an amd graphics card then this probably won't help you. Sorry. But when you get your desktop for Christmas then it will. (if it has an AMD card)

You don't have to "find out", you can make it whatever you want. Just edit the spreadcoin.conf file.

The batch file actually opens the Spreadcoin.conf file or asks you to create one if you don't have one. Then it tells you to add the mining info to the file. And asks for the username and password.

No, transaction verification speed is the same, maybe even faster than in Bitcoin. It is because of slower PoW algorithm. Right now it is checked several times for each received block, this should be fixed.
