Yep, absolutely!

Perfect. Talking about tokens, I cannot skip the question refarding team tokens. I hope they have thought of them being frozen for some time after distribution or so? Cause you know, to prevent boom..

And tokens support ERC-20 standard, right? So Metamask/MEW are more than ok?

Good evening. Can anyone please clarify on token details - how much tokens are allocated for sale and how much are issued in total?

It definitely is, that's why companies see pretty many benefits in Stacktical solution

Sounds good. And I also read about some benefits for employees. Is it true?

Yes, right. When employees work great, they can get extra rewards from companies automatically in DSLA tokens. So this is also a great motivation to work better for employees

Oh, got what you are wondering. Yes, pretty like this. Company arranges the budget for compensation, allocating as many tokens as they want for that, if i am not mistaken. And you get compensated in case something occur from this arranged budget Smiley

What do you mean? Where compensation comes from? Cause I don't fully understand what you are asking..

Yep. As the website says, people can get compensated in DSLA tokens... How is this organized? Company should buy DSLA?

Okay, this is much better, because you know, not every company is flexible. And as for the compensation - I don't fully get the idea. How is compensation managed?

Interesting question. The effort really is minimal. The key is to be able for both systems (the company and Stacktical) to identify a customer. Once a SLA is published on the Blockchain, most of the work is fully automated. Engineers and support agents get the information they need to improve systems and customers get fair compensation in case agreed service levels are not met Roll Eyes

Good evening Stacktical. Is anyone online? Wanted to clarify a few moments

Hey there. Sure, I may try to help, cause i am deeply into the project

Thank you. I am not sure that you know the answer, but in case anyone knows, I would be glad to get it. I wanted to know more about the process of implementation. How tough it is. This may be crucial in some cases, cause you know, not every company can change the structure to implement the solution  Wink
