I was now also thinking more about solution itself and in particular I was thinking more about current benefits from quality management and evaluating of customer service. I believe this can also have an impact on product design itself and technology. Would you guys agree with me on that?

Pretty theoretical question, but I believe it can influence the design and technology itself. Anyway, when you start working of improving the efficiency of one or another process, you get some other things thought over again. And, of course, this may influence the design and the technological side of the product. Everything is connected

Greetings everyone! I was now reading more about Stacktical and the thing I really love is that companies can use their scalability audit solution for free and only pay for premium features for professional services and support. They also have the option to use the DSLA platform with their DSLA tokens to create and publish SLAs. The cost will depend of the compensation pool size and the user base of the provider. In that regard, the token sale is an opportunity for providers to get DSLA tokens at a discount while investing in a product they need. What are your thoughts on that? Fair enough, isn't it?

Good evening guys. I was just talking to a friend, running own company, about current trends and pretty advanced technological solutions. Do you believe that as more companies go for great real solutions, like Stacktical, the business environment itself also changes?

Morning Tony. Hmm, pretty interesting question. Well, if you want my opinion, I am pretty sure that yes! Business always stays in some kind of environment and as technology gets to the market, more and more companies start trying it out. And you always have an eye on the competitors. And when they have some modern solution implemented and you don't - you are already behind. So, of course, every advanced solution, like Stacktical, changes the whole environment business is in Smiley

That's a great point to outline. And did you know that they have even audited the smart contract?

Yes, of course. I have even read the article they have shared in the chat. I believe audit to be a truly important procedure (mostly internally). And of course, at least for me, audit means a lot. This gives more confidence in the product. And, of course, high level of transparency is always appreciated

Good afternoon colleagues. I was now reading more about team's tokens at Stacktical and what i loved is that for the sake of all DSLA stakeholders they have a vesting process and carefully crafted caps to avoid market manipulation and sudden drop in prices, so no worries. And the smart contract is well written and all transparent

Good evening community. I was now reading Stacktical's telegram chat and payed attention to their early adopters program. What I love about it is that they will evaluate all the efficiency, effectiveness and will find great companies to start! But believe you should have talked to many people from business environment - I wonder what are the main thoughts on your solutions from the business community? Do you have many companies in your early adopters program?

Hello there Ria. I believe we will get more info when the program will be launched, but I believe that they make it for everyone, so every company can join the pilot program

Hello there Master Bit. Interesting question though. To tell the truth, I believe that yes, of course. There are already a lot of benefits providers can get from using Stacktical solution, but you know, everything always keeps developing - especially Stacktical Roll Eyes So of course, I am pretty sure that with time we will see more and more benefits coming out to the users Smiley

I believe that potential is pretty high, because there is background for both more internal benefits (for employees) and external ones (for providers). Anyway, I really love that Stacktical team is now concentrating on current tasks, because that's not efficient to do 10 actions at the same time.. Step by step is much better approach. So I am pretty sure that we will see direction towards more features, higher automatization and even higher uniqueness Roll Eyes

Good afternoon there. I was now reading more about benefits Stacktical will have for providers, everything sounds truly bold. It is about streamlining the definition, negotiation, monitoring and enforcement of service level agreements. It also helps to acquire the most demanding customers with transparent proofs of scalability and auditable claim settlements. And providers can also automate the retention of policyholders in the face of scalability challenges Wink But my question is about further integrated solutions. I believe that as you move further with your solution, providers can get even more benefits from using Stacktical in future. Am I right? Roll Eyes Because there are many ways I can imagine your development Smiley

Thank you for your input FCj119!

You can measure and manage performance in many different contexts across many different industries so it is tempting to apply SLA to anything but from some industries like IT Service Management are a better fit than others.
For now, our team is dedicated to helping service providers managing the expectations surrounding online services, such as apps, website and systems involving IoT connected devices.

This sounds amazing. I have also checked your roadmap and tried out the products, that are already available on your website, so pretty impressed so far! Keep going with your idea, will follow you even closer from now and on Roll Eyes

Good morning everyone. The thing I have just discovered today is that Stacktical supports Business-to-Many Service Level Agreements. Capitalizing on the benefits of a public Blockchain platform and its ability to automate the enforcement of Decentralized Service Level Agreements, Stacktical moves away from the traditional business-to-business context of such agreement and makes it possible to incentivize all application stakeholders based on service levels. Has anyone heard of that?

Aren't you paraphrasing here? I have heard of that because I am the one who wrote it!
I don't really understand your question, what would you like to know exactly?
